Body CEDAR CREEK LAKE—Payne Springs Fire Rescue (PSFR) volunteers were alerted to a drowning incident located in Hidden Hills Harbor at 8:34 p.m., July 4.  According to PSFR it was reported that an approximately 40 year old male had gone under and had not resurfaced.
