Body Billy Ray Hosch was born to Ottis Glen Hosch and Georgie Dale Hoover Dec. 29, 1948, in Athens. He attended Athens ISD and later met the love of his life, his wife Jean Ann McDougald in Kemp in 1969. They got married after dating for six weeks and were married for 55 years.

Body Gail Marie (Stone) Beaupré passed from this life March 24, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 4, 1935, in Easthampton, Mass., to Howard William and Mary Helen (Doig) Stone.  Gail met the love of her life, Paul Ernest Beaupré, and they were married Aug.

Body Jerry Wayne Lott, age 53, of Trinidad, passed away March 1, 2024. He was born Dec. 17, 1970 in Dallas.  Jerry was known for his love, laughter, and unwavering dedication, touching the lives of many.

Body Vernon Ray Byers, 85, passed away March 7, 2024, in Kerens. He was born March 16, 1938, in Eustace, to parents James Samuel and Mattie Lee (Henson) Byers. Vernon married his loving wife, Joyce Jan. 26, 1983, in Corsicana.

Body Larry Weldon Kennedy, 67, passed away Feb. 27, 2024 at Sunflower Park Healthcare in Kaufman. Larry was born Aug. 28, 1956 in Dallas. He was a graduate of W.W. Samuell High School in 1974.  He worked for many trucking companies: Southwest Motor Transport, AutoZone, AAA Cooper.

Body Octabiano Ramirez, 89 of Mabank passed away March 3, 2024 at UT Medical Hospital in Athens. He was bon April 8, 1934 in Ozona to Octabiano Ramirez and Juanita Chavarria Ramirez. Octabiano was a quite gentle man with a big heart and a big smile. He never complained about anything.

Body Norman “Earl” Thompson, 70, of Kemp passed away Feb. 29, 2024, at his home. Earl was born Sept. 11, 1953, in Dallas to Elbis Aaron and Zelma Olivia (Cotten) Thompson.   Norman worked for Certain Teed after high school and then for TxDOT.

Body Frances Marie “Frankie” Phillips, 74, of Kemp passed away Feb. 28, 2024, at her home. Frankie was born Nov. 16, 1949, in Bartlesville, Okla., to Stephen Curtis and Dorothy Mae (Heaton) Hinshaw.   Frankie graduated in Midland as a member of the class of 1967.

Body Funeral services for Deborah Frazier Eubank, 69, of Gun Barrel City, were held March 3, 2024, at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Glosup, and Bro. Jerry Don Groom officiating. Interment followed in Cedar Creek Memorial Park. Deborah passed away Feb.

Body Celebration of life services for Richard Lawrence Diana, 79, of Gun Barrel City were held March 4, 2024, at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.  Richard was born Sept. 21, 1944, in Springville, N.Y. to Phil Diana and Josephine Mildred (Fachitti) Diana.
